Return Policy
At SMS Dairy, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or not as described, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible after delivery to report any issues. Please keep the product in its original condition and packaging for a successful return.
- Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Photo evidence of damage or quality issues may be requested.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or consumed products may not be eligible for return (exceptions apply for quality issues).
Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Here's how the process works:
Report Issue
Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order details and photos.
Review & Approve
Our team reviews your request within 12 hours and approves the return.
Get Refund
Receive a full refund or replacement product within 24–48 hours.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds can be provided through bank transfer or store credit.
Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product was received in a damaged, spoiled, or defective condition.
- The product delivered does not match the order description (wrong item, wrong quantity).
- The product has not expired at the time of delivery but shows signs of spoilage.
- The return request was made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product was stored properly by the customer after delivery (for quality-related claims).
SMS Dairy reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met or if there is evidence of misuse or tampering.
